Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne
Since 2010, Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne has been working on producing lighter glass bottles to reduce the impact of pollution during transport and to preserve our environment. Each bottle has gone from an empty weight of 900g to 835g, avoiding 650 tons of glass each year!!

Since 2004, they have been cork recycling. 18 tonnes of corks from production and tastings have been collected for reuse. I have a pretty impressive cork collection myself!
🥂This Champagne blend is Pinot noir 40%, Meunier 40%, and Chardonnay 20%.
🍾It has a yellow straw colour with a fine mousse. It has floral aromas along with pear, apricot, melon, and some spice. On the palate, I found the same notes along with some citrus fruit, light toasty notes, and a crisp, clean finish.
Did you know that Champagne pairs great with fried foods or even BBQ chicken! Try pairing it with something creamy like Mac n Cheese, spicy food, or even a smokey cheese. It is available at the LCBO.
