Saints Hills Posh (Pošip) Refreshing Croatian White Wine

Must try Saints Hills Posh wine. If you are looking for a beautiful Croatian wine made with Croatian indigenous grapes then you need to try Saints Hills Posh (Pošip).

Saints Hills Posh (Pošip)

Posh is made with Pošip, a white grape that is indigenous to the island of Korčula.

Until about 15 years ago, this grape variety could not be found anywhere else in the world except in Korčula.

This Saints Hills Posh comes from its birthplace from the little village of Čara in the south of Korčula, one of Croatia’s beautiful islands.

This Pošip ferments and matures in large concrete egg-shaped tanks to preserve all the freshness and fruitiness of this wonderful Dalmatian variety. After a year, it is bottled and ready for consumption.

I got aromas of citrus, peach and apricot with flavours of citrus, apricot and some tropical flavours of mango and pineapple.

Pošip pairs perfectly with white fish, pasta, risotto, soft cheeses and so much more.
