I recently tried this Yalumba Viognier and absolutely loved it. But first thing first, let’s learn how to pronounce Viognier – say it with me: vee-on-yay!

Yalumba Viognier Y Series
Yalumba is the oldest family-owned winery in Australia established in 1849 and they are the pioneer of the Viognier varietal in the new world.
Yalumba strives to reduce its impact on the environment while making great wine with minimal intervention. They are committed to sustainable practices with the belief that healthier vines create better wines.
Yalumba wine has been awarded 43 accolades globally for sustainable practices, including sustainable wine growing.

Yalumba Viognier is a super food-friendly wine that pairs with just about anything. I made delicious pasta prepared using Chef’s Vault ingredients. This is a white wine that is low in sugar at only 4 g/L and 14.5% alcohol.
The tasting notes of the @yserieswine Viognier are fresh, flavorful, and fruit-driven with notes of tangerine, honeysuckle, mango, and peach. It has a medium body and a slightly oily character to add weight to the wine. It paired perfectly with the lobster pasta cream sauce.
